Capital Properties is a marketing name for the real estate services of Bo Yu, Broker, offered through Right at Home Realty, Brokerage. Capital Properties is not itself a brokerage and does not trade in real estate. All trades in real estate are made through the brokerage.

Everything on this site, including guides, market commentary, neighbourhood and street pages, blog posts and calculators, is general information for Ottawa-area consumers. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, mortgage, insurance, appraisal or financial advice, and it does not take your personal circumstances into account. Using this site, sending a form, or exchanging emails or messages does not create an agency, client, fiduciary or brokerage relationship. A representation relationship exists only once an appropriate written agreement — such as a buyer representation or listing agreement with Right at Home Realty, Brokerage — has been signed by all required parties.
